Our service reviews all aspects of your telecoms expenditure, enabling us to assess the current situation across all of your mobile and fixed line telecoms providers. From this we can build up an accurate picture of your entire telecoms estate, including all fixed and variable costs. This comprehensive assessment covers areas such as:

How do we do it?
In order to carry out an Assessment, all we need from you is:
- details of your existing contracts and tariffs from the network providers you require to be analysed
- your last three months fully itemised bills from each
- a list of your current office locations and any subsidiary companies
And that’s it, apart from telling your telecoms suppliers that you’re happy for us to talk to them.

What does it cost?
We combine our Assessment and Benchmarking services into one simple charging structure as these are usually carried out together. This is based upon a percentage of your current annual telecoms spend as an initial fee, followed by a percentage of the savings we identify. If you prefer these two areas to be costed separately we can discuss this on an individual basis.
It’s easy to find theoretical savings in almost any service, but at MH2 CONSULTING LIMITED we don’t deal in theories. Which is why we also we build contract termination costs into every recommendation we make. In fact, we’re so confident of being able to offer genuine benefits on our Telecoms Cost Management program’s, that if the saving we identify is less than 10% of your annual spend, then we refund the initial fee in full and you pay nothing.
