Important Changes Taking Place
It is possible that you may have missed the recent European Commission (EC) legislation that has been under deliberation for the past year. In a nutshell the rules on the charges about what mobile companies can charge for making and receiving calls and texts within the EU have been capped. The cost of using the mobile Internet will also change.
All changes take place from 1st July 2009.
